New York State announced yesterday that outdoor dining will be permitted at restaurants in Phase Two of NY Forward on June 4, 2020.
If your establishment is offering outdoor dining or has been serving customers with take-out or delivery food then please do the following things:
1 - Become Familiar with Updated Guidelines
Be sure to read the Summary guidelines and Detailed guidelines for Outdoor and Take-Out/Delivery Food Services on NY Forward.
2 - Affirm Guidelines with New York State
After reading the guidelines then be sure to affirm your business with NY State.
3 - Update Listing with Tourism
Cattaraugus County Tourism has updated the Takeout Food page on the tourism website, EnchantedMountains.com/Takeout, with outdoor dining establishments and have added a new page for Outdoor Dining at EnchantedMountains.com/Outdoor-Dining. Contact the Enchanted Mountains if your establishment doesn't have a listing.
