A loan fund for loans from $5,000 to $30,000 ($50,000 for manufacturing businesses). The primary objective of the Grow Cattaraugus Loan Fund (GCLF) is to create opportunity for the establishment and expansion of microenterprise business within Cattaraugus County, to promote employment opportunities for low-to moderate-income County residents, and to preserve and expand the County's tax base.

- $5,000 to $30,000 for most businesses with up to $50,000 for manufacturing businesses
- 3-7 year repayment period
- 5% fixed interest rate
- Must have less than 5 employees, meet Low-to-Moderate income requirements and attend a Business Basics Course
The Grow Cattaraugus Loan Fund (GCLF) is also known as the Cattaraugus County Microenterprise Development Loan Fund Program (MDLF).
